Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

These peanut butter cookies are so good that my kids ate them all before I had a chance to take a picture to post with the recipe. :-)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

For a crispy cookie use only the above ingredients and watch baking time closely. Over-baking will make this crispy cookie too hard.

For a softer, more creamy cookie add:

  • About 1/8 cup of flour. (Roughly half of the 1/4 measuring cup.)
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla.

Preheat oven to 350

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth.
  2. Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 6 to 8 minutes being careful not to overbake.
These cookies are so easy to make if you have a recipe that's even easier, (maybe a no-bake) please contact me and I'll share it too.

This is a great cookie to serve at a party. Click here for even more party food ideas.
